What counts as a "unique lead handled"?
A unique lead is one distinct prospect (de-duplicated by phone or email) that an agent did meaningful work on in the calendar month. Sara counts a qualification. Drona counts a coached call. Krish counts an active pipeline lead. Vishy counts an outbound nurture touch. Yudi counts an auto-logged CRM update. Each agent's count is independent — a lead that all five agents touch is one count for each agent, not five counts for the lead.
What if two agents touch the same lead?
You're billed once per agent per lead per month — never multiple times by the same agent for the same lead in the same month. So a lead Sara qualifies, Drona coaches and Yudi logs to CRM = three line items (Sara × ₹15 + Drona × ₹10 + Yudi × ₹10), not three counts for one agent.
Are there setup fees?
Yes — a one-time implementation fee of ₹1-4 lakh, scoped to your floor size. Single-branch deployments are closer to ₹1L; full multi-branch rollouts closer to ₹4L. Covers discovery, CRM mapping, integrations, training and two weeks of hypercare. The 90-day pilot includes 50% off this fee.
How are WhatsApp, voice, email and LLM costs handled?
You pay your WhatsApp BSP (Meta), telephony provider, email vendor — and the LLM provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) — directly on actuals. Canopi doesn't resell any of these and adds no markup. We plug into whatever you already use (Interakt, WATI, Gupshup, Exotel, Knowlarity, Twilio, your own PBX). LLM usage scales with the volume each agent handles — typically a small fraction of total cost.
Can I pause an agent for a month?
Yes. Pause any individual agent month to month — for example, run only Sara and Krish in the off-season, then add Drona and Yudi when you ramp. No cancellation fees. We just don't bill you for the paused agent that month.
Can I cap my monthly spend?
Yes. Set a monthly cap per agent — once that cap is hit, we either pause the agent or notify you to extend. We default to "notify and ask" so you never get a surprise bill. Caps are configurable any time from your admin dashboard.
What if our leads are bad?
You're only billed for unique leads each agent handles, so junk and duplicates don't cost you. We also do a Week-1 lead-source audit — if your funnel has serious quality issues, we tell you upfront and help fix the source first.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your Canopi invoice has at most two line items: per-agent usage charges and any cap-overage if applicable. WhatsApp, telephony, email and LLM usage are invoiced directly by those vendors at actuals — Canopi adds no markup. The one-time ₹1-4L implementation fee is quoted upfront. GST applied as per Indian tax law.
How is this different from a per-seat CRM or sales engagement tool?
A CRM stores what happened — billed per user. A sales engagement tool runs cadences — billed per user. Canopi actually does the work — billed per unique lead each agent handled. The pricing model matches the value: you pay for outcomes (leads handled), not for chairs (users logged in).
