By using our website or submitting an enquiry through a page we operate, you accept these terms. Services we provide to business clients are governed by the separate written agreement signed with that client; if these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the agreement prevails.
1. What we do
Canopi provides sales-technology services to businesses: advertising-linked landing pages, lead capture and routing, WhatsApp and telephony journeys, CRM integration, and reporting of advertising outcomes to platforms such as Google and Meta on our clients' behalf. When you submit an enquiry on a page we operate, we pass it to the business named on that page so they can respond to you. We are a technology provider — the products, offers, prices and services described on a client's landing page are the client's, and any resulting purchase is between you and that business.
2. Acceptable use
- Provide accurate information in forms, and only your own contact details (or details you are authorised to share).
- Do not misuse the site or pages: no automated scraping or bulk submission, no probing or disrupting our systems, no attempts to access data that is not yours, and no unlawful, infringing or deceptive use.
- Do not submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or that violates another person's rights.
3. Communications
By submitting an enquiry you ask to be contacted about it — by the relevant business and, where the journey uses them, over WhatsApp, phone or email. Message and call charges of your own provider may apply. You can opt out of further messages at any time by replying accordingly or contacting us.
4. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Canopi name, the canopy-mark logo, our site content and our software are owned by Sequential Advisors LLP or our licensors. Client trademarks and offer content shown on client landing pages belong to those clients. You may not copy, modify or reuse any of it except as allowed by law or with written permission.
6. Offers and information on landing pages
Offers, prices, availability and specifications shown on client landing pages are provided by the relevant client, may change without notice, and may be subject to that client's own conditions. We work to keep pages accurate but do not guarantee that any offer remains available; the business you enquire with will confirm current terms.
7. Disclaimers
The website and pages are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sequential Advisors LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the website or landing pages. Our aggregate liability to a visitor for claims relating to the website is limited to ₹10,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability to business clients is governed by the signed client agreement, not this section.
9. Third-party platforms
Journeys may involve third-party platforms — Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), telephony and CRM providers — each governed by its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for those platforms' acts or availability.
10. Suspension and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website or a landing page at any time, and may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights giving you a different forum.
